Dr. Dastmozd serves as the Executive VP of Strategic Initiatives. He researches strategic growth areas; develops and coordinates strategies for growth and expansion, revenue increases; helps develop infrastructure that supports strategies to respond to expansion and growth of the Foundation; provides oversight of projects assigned to Sr. Leaders; facilitates process improvement efforts in support of project productivity; serves as the Foundation Board liaison, and coordinates projects related to Level Upward.

Reporting to CEO, Brandon has worked at The Sanneh Foundation since September of 2018. He has worked progressively in local government and the non-profit sector for over 20 years in both Arkansas and Minnesota, with an emphasis on administration and management, community relations, and fundraising. Brandon holds a Master’s of Public Administration and Non-Profit Management from Metropolitan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Saint Paul (LSP) Class of 2018 and currently serves on the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Brandon strives to engage Saint Paul and East Metro business, civic, and philanthropic communities and helps the organization manage its Capital Campaign endeavors.

Robert Murry

Interim Director of Dreamline

Robert E. Murry is now the Senior Director of the Dreamline Program at The Sanneh Foundation. Robert brings nearly three decades of experience in social work, education, and educational administration, with a background in Social Emotional Learning (SEL) coaching and mentorship. His career spans various leadership roles in urban and suburban school systems, including positions as Dean of Students and Assistant Principal. Robert is dedicated to advancing community engagement and educational excellence at The Sanneh Foundation. Welcome, Robert, to team Sanneh!

Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, Oskar holds a Master degree in Development Management and a Bachelor degree in International Relations. His professional career has been an 11-years journey between leading Nonprofits, community building, managing and developing new social programs and creating bonds with Corporations, Governments, International and Non-profits organizations. He has had the opportunity to work in different diverse and intercultural teams in more than 8 countries around the American continent. Oskar is really passionate about peace building, social entrepreneurs and innovation. Also, He loves playing tennis too!

Kim Werst

Director of Nutritional Services 

Kim Werst has spent a decade focused on food and community empowerment work. Her experience includes managing community kitchens, coordinating farmers’ markets in Chicago, and directing a sustainable farming loan program in Colorado. Kim, raised food-insecure in rural Montana, understands hunger as just one part of multiple systemic barriers to communities. She is enthusiastic about the work The Sanneh Foundation does to address this as one part of the social determinants of health. Kim holds a B.A. from DePaul University in Nonprofit and Sustainable Food Program Management and enjoys spending time on bike or foot out in nature, food preservation, and spoiling her 16-year-old pitbull, Penny.
